ANCIENT HISTORY
 
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Ancient History is the examination of the Ancient World from the beginnings (5000 B.C.) up to the Middle Ages (1500 A.D.).  We will focus on key people and events that have shaped the historical, culture and political developments of the Ancient world.  The major civilizations studied include the Egyptian, Babylonian, Persian, Chinese, Greek, and Roman.
