Social Economics is the primary study of macroeconomics within our nation and the global market.  Concepts that will be covered include supply and demand, international trade, investing, Wall Street, currency, inflation and how the government’s role affects our economy.


In addition to course work, each student will experience hands-on investing in the NYSE.  All students will receive $100,000 virtual dollars to invest while researching various stocks.  A final portfolio will be completed including charts, graphs and financial reports.
